DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Due to the custom-made nature of my prints, I am unable to offer returns or refunds. This policy also applies to sale items.
However, if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact me via email at info@cozzah.com.au within 3 business days of receiving the package. Please include photographs of the damage, along with your receipt or proof of purchase, to help me resolve the issue promptly.
Please make your selections carefully, as changes of mind do not permit exchanges or refunds.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
ELEGIBLE REFUNDS
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
